How to Stay Healthy in the Winter
A one day workshop to learn about how to practise preventative care to build up resistance against pesky winter sickness.
This workshop:
- will explain what are super foods and why they are so beneficial
- will explain the importance of good Vit D levels and the link to our immune system
- give plenty of tips and hints to apply in everyday life
The workshop includes:
- Talks on super foods, anti-oxidants and common herbs and spices to support the immune system
- Talks on important minerals and vitamins for in the winter months
- Discussion and exercises to help integrating what has been learned during the course
- A hand-out of the presentation
