How to Stay Healthy in the Winter

This workshop:

  • will explain what are super foods and why they are so beneficial
  • will explain the importance of good Vit D levels and the link to our immune system
  • give plenty of tips and hints to apply in everyday life

The workshop includes:

  • Talks on super foods, anti-oxidants and common herbs and spices to support the immune system
  • Talks on important minerals and vitamins for in the winter months
  • Discussion and exercises to help integrating what has been learned during the course
  • A hand-out of the presentation
