Thank you for being so thorough in our meeting about my nutritional health and for being sweet in the way you pointed out the current state I was in!  I felt you gave me plenty of time to explain myself and were able to pick up on areas I could improve my nutrition without drastically changing everything! I thought your take-away information sheets were informative and useful and a good reminder of what I could do on a daily basis to improve things with relative ease. My health continues to improve, thanks to all the advice and recommendations I received whilst attending your clinics.
Although you explained to me several times that I should be eating more, I chose at first to ignore this advice. I did however take the supplements you recommended.After a while and with all the support I received from you and your explanations, I could see that you were making sense and things started to improve.
I was amazed that you weren’t just treating and looking into one of my problems but how you looked at the overall situation.

I found my back and muscles in general improved, so did my digestion, as did my sleeping and my energy levels.
At each visit, you were thorough, looking at all changes and readjusting supplements when needed and through you, I also improved my diet and found out some other good food and drink sources.

The advice is well thought out and was tailored to my needs. The dietary plans created are detailed but simple to understand and most importantly you are not pressured to follow it to the letter, you are allowed to get out of it what you put in.
